Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KNPSWU. Has extensive Experience in Private Security Sector having worked for KK US-Embassy Department among other Private Security Formations Nationally and Internationally.

Andabwa has decade-long Exposure and Leadership Acumen skills having risen from Chief Shop Steward, through several Ranks and Assignments, to the current General Secretary Position. He’s actively participated in National Private Security Discourse some of which birthed – the Government-led Private Security Regulatory Authority (PSRA), Legal Instruments allowing Private Security Guards to hold Guns, and several other legislations braced to help empower the Private Security Fraternity and ultimate delivery of labour-relations milestones

Co-Founder of KNPSWU with vast experience in Trade and Union Matters. He’s current serving Member of – Private Security Regulatory Authority (PSRA), and Protective Security Wages Council. He recently served as the KNPSWU Nairobi Branch Secretary and National Treasurer.

Soita is a former Official of; Kenya Union of Printing, Paper Manufacturers & Allied Workers. Kenya Shoe & Leather Workers Union, Kenya Chemical & Allied Workers Union, Kenya Union of Domestic, Hotels, Educational Institutions, Hospitals & Allied Workers, and Kenya Union of Commercial, Food & Allied Workers.
